Home Birth

Women have been giving birth with midwives since ancient times (Exodus 1:15-21). The midwifery model of care is holistic and integrates the emotional and physical well-being of the mother. Pregnancy and birth are normal life processes. This approach to care takes place in partnership, recognizing the right to self-determination, and is respectful and personalized care. Under this model of care the mother and baby remain together after birth, without separation for best outcomes.
